Economy — the cheapest
Starts at $70 for the first pound and arrives within 7–9 business days. Right when you're not in a hurry, and it's the same rate for all destinations.
Express — the fastest
Starts at $78 for the first pound and arrives within 5–7 business days. Transit time follows the service, not the destination.
DHL
Same Express transit times (5–7 business days) at +10% over the Express rate. Choose it if DHL's coverage suits the recipient's address better. It alone doesn't accept perfumes and alcohol-based liquids, so if that's what's in your box choose FedEx and you see the price difference before paying.
What the price includes… and what it doesn't
The Instant Shipping Label is a direct shipping service from your address that doesn't pass through our warehouse — so some of the free warehouse services don't apply to it. Here both sides are clear before you pay.
Questions about the Instant Shipping Label
The label is an ordinary PDF file: print it at any nearby print shop or service center, and some pickup locations print it for you at handover — we point you to the nearest one before issuing. What matters is that the barcode comes out clear and uncropped.
No — the Instant Shipping Label is a standalone service anyone inside the USA can use. And if you're one of our customers, your details are already saved so you finish faster, and you follow the label alongside the rest of your shipments in one place.
You set the day while issuing, and you can change it later using the tracking number. And if you're in a hurry, drop the box off yourself at the carrier's nearest branch with the same label.
The same rules as our shipments: the prohibited items are few and well known (flammable materials, loose batteries, alcohol-based liquids…) and the full list is on the prohibited items page. And if you have the slightest doubt, send us a photo of the contents at info@baridus.com before issuing — we review it and reply before you pay anything.
The carrier weighs and measures the box at pickup, and chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric. If it differs from what you entered, the difference appears in your account and we tell you the figure before it's charged — no silent deductions. To avoid that from the start, weigh the box after sealing it and measure its three dimensions from the outside.
No. We take care of preparing customs clearance documents free of charge and attach them to the shipment, while government charges in the destination country are set by its customs on the declared value of the goods and paid directly to them, outside our invoice. Enter the correct value when issuing so your shipment isn't delayed at inspection.
Yes. Issue a separate label for each box, each with its own tracking number. And if the boxes are in one place and will be handed over at the same time, set a single pickup day so the courier collects them in one visit.
