What applies to the UAE specifically
Coverage in the UAE
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain are on our direct route, and the other emirates — Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — are within the same coverage. The box is delivered to the address you entered in your account. Include the emirate, the area and the building number; those three are what the courier relies on at the door.
UAE customs
We prepare customs clearance documents free of charge on our side, and the invoice travels with the shipment from the moment it leaves. Government fees in the destination country are outside our invoice and are collected there by UAE customs and its local departments, such as Dubai Customs and Abu Dhabi Customs.
Billing to the UAE
The dirham has a fixed official peg ($1 = 3.6725 dirhams), so we translated the table into it in a separate column. The invoice stays in dollars and the charge is in dollars; anything beyond that is your bank's difference, not ours.
