DHL Express adds 10% on top of the FedEx Express price, with the same transit time — and it alone does not accept perfumes and liquids, so we ship those with FedEx and you see the price difference before paying. Is your weight not in the table? The calculator covers every pound up to 500 and gives you the figure to the cent. The same table applies to the Gulf, Jordan, Lebanon, Europe, the UK, Canada, Asia and Australia without difference. Egypt is 7% cheaper. The Maghreb and East Africa add 26% because the carrier's cost there is higher, and Brazil and South Africa 30%. Turkey and Nigeria are priced on request — write to us and we reply within hours.

How chargeable weight is calculated

Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, rounded up per package and then multiplied by the number of packages.

The formula — volumetric weight in pounds = (length × width × height in cm) ÷ 2268. Is your box big and mostly empty inside? We repack it free, and the figure comes down.

We prepare customs clearance documents free of charge, and government charges in the destination country are not part of our invoice, because your country's customs sets them by product type and value. Insurance is optional at $49 under the carrier's terms. And the oversize fee is $96 per box exceeding 100 lb volumetric or 40 inches in length, and you avoid it by splitting the contents into two boxes.
