What sets each destination apart
Mexico
Parcels from the US benefit from the USMCA: up to USD 50 no duty or tax, then flat 17% and 19% rates, and 127 V power with US plugs so devices work out of the box — Mexico page.
Brazil

Questions from our customers in Latin America
Yes, both in shipping and in customs: Mexico is on the same base table as the Gulf and Europe, Brazil is about 30% higher because of the distance, and the biggest difference is the import tax on arrival.
In Mexico yes: the recipient’s RFC and CURP since March 2025. In Brazil the CPF number and full name are mandatory. Add them to your shipment notes and we put them on the paperwork.
Economy takes 7–9 business days and Express 5–7 from the day the box leaves, and the tracking number reaches you as soon as it ships.
Mexico runs on 127 V with US plugs, so they work directly. Brazil is 127 V in most states and 220 V in some, with a type N plug, so chargers work with a plug adapter.
