Your shipment has reached the warehouse and you want it shipped today? Send your customer code and tracking number on WhatsApp — it is our fastest channel.
Email — for details and attachments
Got invoices, content photos, or an Order It for Me request with lots of links? Send them all to info@baridus.com in one message and we get back to you with a written reply you can keep on record.
Phone — when the store asks for a US number
Some stores ask for a local phone number at checkout? Use the warehouse number +1 458-253-3164 in your shipping details — it is also our number for direct calls.
Warehouse address — sent to you in full in your account
Our warehouse is in the state of Oregon, and Oregon has no sales tax at all, which means your bill comes with 0% tax while most states add 6%–10%.

Honestly… when do we reply?
We do not say “instantly” and we do not promise to the hour. These are our usual times by channel, and during peak seasons and US holidays replies may take a little longer — so send urgent matters on WhatsApp and we give them priority.

There is an oversize surcharge of $96 for any box over 100 volumetric lb or 40 inches in length. Send us the dimensions before buying and we tell you the figure up front — the full cost is shown to you before payment.
We prepare customs clearance documents completely free of charge as part of the service, while government fees in the destination country are set by its customs and are outside our invoice. Insurance is optional at $49 under the carrier's terms — add it if the shipment's value is high and you want peace of mind.
