We send you a detailed quote: the product price, the store's domestic shipping if any, the service fee, and an estimate of international shipping. No amount appears after payment that you didn't see before it.

Review the quote and pay it your way. Don't like the price? Cancel the quote with no commitment and no fees — we don't buy anything before your approval.
We buy, receive and ship
We place the order right after your payment, receive it at the Oregon warehouse, photograph it for you, then ship it to your door with a tracking number and customs clearance documents we prepare for you free of charge.

Every figure you see before you pay
Your invoice is made up of three items and no fourth: the product price as it is in the store, the purchase service fee, and the international shipping cost. We send it to you in full in one quote before payment.

Chargeable weight = the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, rounded up per package and then multiplied by the count. And volumetric weight = (length × width × height in cm) ÷ 2268 = pounds. Is your box big and mostly empty inside? We repack it free so the bill comes down.

There are two stages: the US store's delivery to our warehouse, then international shipping — 7–9 business days with FedEx Economy, or 5–7 business days with FedEx Express and DHL. The carrier commits to the day, not the hour, and you receive a tracking number to follow the shipment step by step.
