Signup is free and gives you our warehouse address in Oregon with your own customer code, in the form BRD-100117.
Worried your shipment might get mixed up with someone else's? The code is your name inside the warehouse; write it on the second address line and the shipment lands on your own shelf.
Shop from any store
Put our address in the shipping field at Amazon, Nike, Apple, Walmart or any US store, and buy as if you lived there.
Store won't accept your card? Send us the link through our Order It for Me service and we'll buy it on your behalf.
We receive and photograph
When the package arrives we receive it, log it in your account and photograph its contents, so you see what actually arrived before paying any shipping fees.
Wrong size or a missing item? The photos reveal it early, and you have 30 days of free storage to sort it out with the store.
We ship to your door
You choose the shipping service from your account; we consolidate your packages into one box and hand it to the carrier with a tracking number you follow to your door.
Worried about customs? We prepare customs clearance documents free of charge. Government fees in the destination country are set by its customs and are outside our invoice.
What happens between a package arriving and leaving

Station one: receiving and logging
We receive as many packages as you like, with no limit and no fees, and link each one to your customer code so it appears in your account with the store name and tracking number.

We open the package, photograph its contents and measure the weight and dimensions, so you know the chargeable weight before you decide to ship.
Worried about a huge box with a small item inside? We repack and shrink it, because size counts in the calculation just as weight does.
Station three: consolidation and packing
We consolidate all your ready packages into one sturdy box and rearrange the contents inside so they take up as little space as possible.
Have a fragile item? Tell us in the shipment notes and we'll wrap it with extra protection before sealing.
Why does consolidation save so much?
The reason is simple: shipping is calculated per box. Fewer boxes means a smaller bill, and consolidation with us is completely free.

What's asked most before a first shipment

FedEx Economy takes 4 to 9 business days, and FedEx Express and DHL take 2 to 5 business days. The carrier commits to the timeframe by the day, not the hour, and the tracking number stays with you all the way.
We take the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight for each package, round it up, then multiply by the number of packages. Volumetric weight = (length × width × height in cm) ÷ 2268 = lb. Worried about a big box? Repacking is free and brings the figure down.
No, they're all free: unlimited receiving, 30 days of storage, photos of contents, consolidation into one box, repacking, and preparing customs clearance documents — while government fees in the destination country are outside our invoice. The only optional items are insurance at $49 under the carrier's terms, and the $96 oversize fee for any box exceeding 100 volumetric lb or 40 inches in length.
