Our warehouse address in the state of Oregon is a fully valid US address: enter it in the delivery field, the store accepts it and delivers the device to us, and its photo and serial number reach you in your account.
The built-in battery is governed by air freight rules
A battery inside the device ships by air with packaging and documentation we prepare for you ourselves. Only loose batteries are prohibited, and the details are under prohibited items.

Questions before buying an Apple device
The accepted voltage is printed on the charger itself and listed in the product specifications on apple.com, so check it before ordering — the difference may be just a plug, not a converter. If anything is unclear, message us and we'll look into it for you before you buy.
We handle it for you: we enclose the apple.com invoice and describe the device by model, serial number and value exactly as it is, with no inflating or understating, so the shipment passes through your country's customs with as little friction as possible.
