These can't be shipped by air with any carrier or any packaging. If one arrives, we notify you and arrange its return to the store before the return window closes.
Banned by air… with a ready alternative
This is the category customers worry about most, needlessly. Every item here has a practical way around it, and it usually costs you nothing extra.
Restricted and needs a simple step
Not prohibited, but they need a document or a reasonable quantity. Tell us as you order, and we'll prepare the invoice and the correct customs description as part of preparing your customs clearance documents free of charge.
Perfumes and liquids? Choose FedEx
DHL doesn't accept perfumes or alcohol-based liquids. Don't cancel your order — choose FedEx when creating the shipment and we repack it properly free of charge.

What happens if a prohibited item reaches us?

Our warehouse team inspects the package and photographs the contents; the photos are free and reach your account under your customer code, like BRD-100117.
We inform you in detail
We tell you the item, the reason it's banned and the available alternative, and we don't ship or return anything until you decide.
We arrange the return to the store
We start the return process before the store's return window closes, according to the store's policy and time frame, and we keep you posted on the refund.
We complete the rest of your shipment
Permitted items ship as usual; the prohibited item doesn't hold up the rest and doesn't cost you storage fees within 30 days.
We catch the problem before it becomes one
Everything below is included in your account, and most of it is completely free.

Commercial quantities get held for inspection, so we keep them within personal-use levels or split them across two shipments and store the second for 30 days free until you send it later.
Category one is prohibited everywhere, while restricted items vary slightly from one destination to another — tell us your destination and we check its requirements before you buy, and the price stays the same for all 54 destinations.
Receiving, 30-day storage, photos and repacking are free, and the rejected item is excluded from the chargeable weight, so you never pay for something that wasn't shipped.
